1. Services
SEDGO offers vehicle maintenance and repair services, including inspections, diagnostics, and general automotive care. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be made via phone, email, or in-person. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. SEDGO reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in INR. We strive to provide transparent pricing; however, final costs may vary based on the nature of service and any additional work required. Full payment is due upon completion of service.
4. Warranty & Liability
We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor, subject to the terms discussed at the time of service. SEDGO is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays or failures unless due to our gross negligence.
5. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.
6. Changes to Terms
SEDGO may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our premises or communicated via email.
